Bringing over a decade of experience across the property and investment sectors, James founded the Elborn Property Group with a vision to deliver a more strategic, relationship-driven approach to property investment.
Over the years, James witnessed a clear shift in the market, with traditional buy-to-let models no longer delivering the same value or flexibility for modern investors. Motivated to offer better solutions for his clients, in 2022, James set-up the Elborn Property Group to focus on innovative, high-yield alternatives with smarter and more adaptable strategies aligned to today’s investment landscape.
His career began at a leading corporate firm, where he managed commercial property funds, before transitioning into investment advisory, playing an instrumental role in raising over £425 million from global private investors for large-scale developments.
Later, James headed up the product development division of a major investment company, working closely with some of the UK’s foremost private developers. With that experience, he now leverages to drive success for his clients at the Elborn Property Group.
